Based in London's trendy Clerkenwell area, you will be selling a unique proposition to UK advertising agencies in a fun, young working environment. You will be self starting and a problem solver - ideally with a broad interest in marketing. You will possess a blend of written, face – to face and telephone selling skills. The company grows management from within and is shortly about to launch in the US so opportunities for advancement are excellent.
To help them continue to grow, they are looking for a new or recent graduate to join their team of New Business Development Executives. You will have good A-levels and a degree and want to get your first or second role in a sales and new business environment. You must be as confident on the phone as you are in written communications. Some experience in sales and marketing is required but this could be part-time or at university.
The role comprises of outbound phone and written communications to build a steady pipeline of sales. You will work from a personal list of around 500 agencies and will prospect to them using hard copy, email and phone marketing. You'll also be able to take advantage of our extensive marketing collateral to engage with your list and your sales will be supported by an ad campaign throughout the year. The position will report directly to sales manager and you will work to individual monthly sales targets.
