Our client is a leading publisher and exhibition company within the overseas property market. They host 30 shows a year over the UK and Europe and publish a leading property magazine. They are looking for an excellent sales executive to persuade developers from destinations around the world to enter their residential properties into one or more of their award categories.
To sell attendance at the annual awards dinner to overseas developers, real estate agents and other interested parties and to win sponsorship of the awards, creating packages to attract revenue from property and travel related organisations.
Working primarily from an established database, the ideal candidate will be a competent sales professional able to win revenue through all three strands of the Awards, demonstrating excellent telephone and face to face sales skills, writing persuasive correspondence and recognising commercial opportunities where others might not see them. Previous experience and second/third languages will be advantageous but not essential.
